HBO Focus
A cinema-inspired rack focus transitions the viewer from brand to content. We sought a footage-based treatment that wouldn’t distract from HBO’s stunning content.
HBO wanted to create a signature brand element that could live outside the '“walled garden” of the linear and streaming network’s platform.
In a nod to the cinematic heritage of HBO programming, we developed a rack focus between the brand and content. Additionally with the placement and color of the HBO logo we created a seamless link in the on-air HBO promo break. Each logo connects to the next creating a an endless steam of content.
